Description of Project:

Phase I:
Upgrade the existing IFMIS from R11 to R12 and roll it out to all ministries and counties.

Phase II:
Re-engineering business processes and include procure to pay, plan to budget, revenue to cash, record to
report and several interfaces. Roll out the re-engineered IFMIS to 66 ministries and 47 counties.
